Challenge: 7 days of concrete charity

For 7 days, live one intentional gesture each day:

1. Day 1 – Listen without interrupting.
2. Day 2 – Call someone who may feel alone.
3. Day 3 – Offer a difficulty without complaining.
4. Day 4 – Give thanks for something small.
5. Day 5 – Smile on purpose.
6. Day 6 – Pray for one specific person.
7. Day 7 – Do a good deed without anyone knowing.
